Summary Of A Gifted Man 1x1 Pilot: A talented surgeon faces a life changing experience when his ex-wife dies and ends up teaching him life lessons from beyond the grave.In the series premiere of this drama, a top-notch neurosurgeon (Patrick Wilson) begins receiving visits from the ghost of his ex-wife (Jennifer Ehle), who teaches him what's important in life. Shortly after her first visit, she asks him to help out at a low-income clinic where she worked.After the ghost of Michael's ex-wife visits him from the afterlife and asks him to help continue running her low income clinic, he finds himself rushing back and forth between taking care of his own patients at Holt Neuro and her less fortunate patients at the clinic.
